General Questions

What is FLUX?

FLUX is an automated portfolio manager on Base that invests your USDC across multiple DeFi pools to generate yields.

How does FLUX generate returns?

Returns come from trading fees in liquidity pools, reward tokens from protocols, and the power of daily compounding.

Is FLUX safe?

FLUX uses battle-tested protocols like Balancer and implements multiple security measures. However, DeFi always carries risks - please read our risk disclosure.

What blockchain is FLUX on?

FLUX operates on Base, an Ethereum Layer 2 that offers low fees and fast transactions.

Getting Started

What do I need to use FLUX?

You need USDC on Base network and a small amount of ETH for gas fees.

What's the minimum deposit?

The minimum is 10 USDC, but we recommend at least 100 USDC to make gas fees worthwhile.

How do I get USDC on Base?

You can bridge USDC from Ethereum or other chains using the Base Bridge or swap other tokens for USDC on Base.

Do I need to manage anything after depositing?

No, FLUX is completely automated. Once you deposit, the protocol handles everything.

Fees and Returns

What fees does FLUX charge?

FLUX charges a 1% fee on deposits and withdrawals. There are no ongoing management fees.

How much can I earn?

Returns vary significantly based on market conditions. DeFi yields can range from 20-150% APR, with typical long-term averages in the mid-range. Bear markets tend toward the lower end (20-40% APR) while bull markets can see much higher returns. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

When do I see returns?

Your FLUX tokens increase in value as the portfolio grows. You can track this in real-time on the dashboard.

How often are rewards compounded?

Rewards are claimed and reinvested daily for maximum compound effect.

Withdrawals

Can I withdraw anytime?

Yes, you can redeem your FLUX tokens for USDC at any time.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are processed immediately on-chain, typically confirming within 30 seconds on Base.

Is there a withdrawal fee?

Yes, there's a 1% fee on withdrawals to prevent arbitrage and protect long-term holders.

Can I withdraw partially?

Yes, you can withdraw any amount of your FLUX holdings.
